WCT FM 防霉剂

Type: universal anti - mildew agent, in line with German and European Union standards, used in all kinds of leather.

Appearance: yellowish-brown liquid with slight odor.

Chemical composition: phenolic derivatives free of pentachlorophenol and other polychlorinated biphenols.

Effective content: 30% TCMTB (fORMULATION WITH 2-(THIOCYANOMETHYLTHIO)BENZOTHIAZOLE)

PH: 4-6 aqueousdispersion (1%)

Charge: anionic

Performance:

Is a strong bactericidal and anti-mildew effect, it can effectively prevent a variety of bacteria, mold on leather corrosion, suitable for a variety of  leather processing processes.

It is easily soluble in water, easy to operate and has good compatibility with other leather additives.

This product is suitable for raw leather storage, raw leather soaking, acid soaking bare skin, fatting and finishing treatment.

Application:

Raw skin storage: the amount of FM 30 is 0.3-0.5%. It can also be mixed with salt.

Acid dipping: add 0.2-0.4% of the naked skin weight of the product into the solution and rotate for 20 minutes before adding acid.

Fatliquoring: 0.2% of the product is added to the fatliquoring mixture, which is added together with the fatliquoring agent after emulsification.

Caution: this product is slightly toxic and can irritate the skin and mucous membrane, so please use it carefully.

Packing: 25/125kg plastic drum

Storage: room temperature of 5 ℃ above, a cool, dry place, storage period is 18 months.
