WCT KW WRINKLES REDUCE AGENT

Type: opening agent used in deashing process

Composition: complex of protein derivatives and surfactants

Appearance: tan transparent liquid

PH: 9.0-11.0

Performance and use:

Contains a sulfuric dermin extract, which can be found in lime, allowing collagen fibers to be unbound and free to produce larger sizes of leather.Greatly reduces shoulder, abdominal wrinkles and braided head and neck lines.

It can enhance the efficiency of deashing, even for the unsliced skin, the whole section can be completely and evenly deashing in a short time.

Uniform deashing effect can also be obtained when deashing skins of different thickness together.

By using in the deashing process, the growth pattern of leather can be greatly reduced, so that the size can be significantly increased, and the effect of thicker leather will be more obvious (1.0%-5.0%).

Can be used for all leather, especially for the following leather:

A. over 25KG of raw leather

B. skin with small liquid ratio (24 hours)

C. Raw grey bare skin

Application:

After the Liming skin was fully washed, 0.7% WCT KW was added to the main deashing at the initial stage and rotated for 30 minutes, and then the subsequent normal softening operation was carried out in the same bath.

Packing: 120KG plastic drum

Storage: room temperature of 5 ℃ above, a cool, dry place, storage period is 18 months.
