【Properties】

►Very stable in acid, alkali and salt condition

►The fibres can be opened up more evenly and the penetration and fixation of the chemicals subsequently applied is better, which gives a soft full leather.

►Good effect for emulsifying, degreasing,detergentcy,wetting back, penetration, dispersion and antistatic.

►Use for all wet end process, for example soaking, liming, bating, pickling and wet blue degreasing.

【Application】

1. for soaking : use 0.2-0.8%,remove blood, dirt and salt, change the charge on the  surface,avoid soaking too fast, protect the belly.   

2. for liming : use 0.15-0.5%,disperse the lime to avoid lime precipitation and pelt loose, protect the belly.   

3.for deliming and bating:can improve the fullness and softness of the leather   

4.for wet blue wetting back:save time in wetting back, can use with oxalic acid to remove  the stain of chrome for the long storage wet blue.
